Survey 2005 -- Library Facilities & Services
This bi-annual student survey is essential to assist
the Library in its continuous improvement. Over the
past years, we have provided and strengthened numerous
services, collections, and facilities based on survey
findings, such as, adding 24-hour book drop boxes, re-designing
the book shelving process to allow students to access
checked-in books more quickly, upgrading speed
of public PCs, and setting up group study areas.
year, we have divided the survey into two phases. The
first phase (the existing survey) focuses on facilities
and services, and the second phase conducted next year
will focus on collection use, library resources, loan
quota/loan period and communication.
surveys are available for pick-up at all library service
counters including Borrowing & Returning counter
(Level 3), Reference Desk (Level 3), Multimedia Learning
Centre counter (Level 4), Special Collections &
Archives counter (Level 4), and Chinese Medicine Library
counter. You are also welcome to submit the survey online.
