According to the latest discussion among all eight UGC (University Grants Committee) libraries, it was agreed to revise the schedule of launching the new Shared Integrated Library System (ILS) from early July to mid-July. Hence, user services such as Hold Requests, Book Paging, HKALL, and onsite borrowing using JULAC cards will continue to be suspended until the new library system is launched. Last day to export and save “My Reading History” from “My Library Account” in the existing library system.
Suspension of renewal service. Borrowing and returning can be handled in person at library counters.
Short term loan items, e.g. audio-visual materials, popular books, etc. checked out on 10 July or after will be due on 31 July 2017.
