When will my request be processed?
We check for submissions every weekday morning (public holidays excluded).
We will process your request once it is received.
Although every effort will be made to fulfil your request, we cannot guarantee that the material will be available on the specified day. This is a result of factors beyond our control, such as user unwillingness to return loaned items on time.
