New Books and Popular Books area

The Library is pleased to announce that the "New Books and Popular Books area" has been set up on Level 3 now. The new books displayed will be replaced every week and the books can be checked out as normal procedure.

Popular books are a rotating collection of a few hundred English and Chinese books. The collection is intended to promote general reading. Titles selected reflect varieties of topics such as fiction, money management, self-improvement, popular biography, politics, social affairs, other subjects of current interest, award-winning and best-selling books.

The popular books can be borrowed (except JULAC card holders) with a 7-day loan period (no grace period), renewed once and with no reservation.

新書及精選書籍區

圖書館在三樓設置了「新書及精選書籍區」。新書每星期更換一次，讀者可依正常程序借閱。

為推廣閱讀風氣, 圖書館精選了數百本中英文書籍，主題包括: 小說、財經、自我提升、名人傳記、政治、社會事務、流行文化、得獎作品及暢銷書籍等。

讀者(聯校借書證讀者除外)借閱期限為一星期(不設寬限期)，可續借一次，但不能預約。
