New E-Resources: Westlaw China

Westlaw China is a bilingual database providing more than 851,000 Chinese laws and regulations of China after 1949 with updates on a daily basis. Historical versions of laws and regulations are also provided to show the legislation history and development. It also contains cases, court judgments from the Supreme Court, provincial, local and special courts (currently in Chinese only), and digests of judgment documents. For the convenience of users, the database provides English translation to around 13,000 laws and regulations and more than 4,500 digests.

Westlaw China is replacing iSinolaw which will no longer be available after the end of the current semester.
