Westlaw Hong Kong is an online legal information service that comprises over 35,000 cases, and incorporates the Authorised Hong Kong Law Reports & Digest, and the Authorised Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal Reports. Unreported judgments from 1999 onwards are included, together with full coverage of Chinese judgments.
Information of interest can be downloaded in PDF format for easy retention.
The Library’s trial also provides access to Westlaw International, which provides legal, news, and business information from around the world. It can be accessed via the link at the top of Westlaw HK (please see the screenshot below).
