The Library has been informed by the vendor of the WiseNews database that all content from the South China Morning Post (SCMP) will be withdrawn from the WiseNews platform with effect from 1 January 2015. This includes both current and archival content.

Library members can still access SCMP content through the following channels:

• SCMP.com - For current news, the Library has an institutional subscription to the SCMP’s online version
• ProQuest Historical Newspapers: South China Morning Post (1903-1995) - This database provides full-text images of historical issues of the SCMP from 1903 up until 1995
• South China Morning Post (1993-present) – A separate ProQuest database that provides the text of all SCMP articles since 1993 (no images)
