Mini-Conference on Digital Humanities
The Digital Humanities are an emerging cross-disciplinary field of research and teaching that explores the relationship between the core questions of the humanities and the possibilities and constraints of digital technologies as research tools, platforms for knowledge creation, and the foundation for the creation of future cultures.
This conference hopes to develop a greater awareness and a deeper understanding of this emerging field in the local scholarly community, in particular the faculty here at HKBU. The presentations will not only interest humanities scholars and researchers, but also inspire scholars of other fields to the discussion.
