A Virtual Information Desk service is provided via Zoom on weekday afternoons. You can speak to a librarian via videoconferencing to get immediate help with your enquiries.
You will need to download and install the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device to use the Virtual Information Desk service. More information can be found at: https://zoom.us/download
- We strongly recommend you enable your video/audio as your device permits so that you can have a real-time conversation with the duty librarian.
- Depending on the nature of your enquiry, the duty librarian may share their screen, send you links/files, and otherwise make use of Zoom’s features to help resolve your enquiry.
- No recording will be made of your enquiry. However, your user type and the nature of your enquiry will be noted for statistical purposes.
