The Library is committed to providing facilities and services to accommodate the needs of users with disabilities. Users may enquire at our User Services Counter for assistance.

The Special Needs User Room is reserved for the use by users with specific needs. It is available upon check-in at the User Services Counter during Library service hours.

Users with disabilities will be given priority at the User Services Counters in the Shek Mun Campus Library.

Appointments can be arranged to assist users with special needs in utilizing Library resources and services. Please approach User Services Counter, or contact duty staff at 3411-3172 or at libsmc@hkbu.edu.hk for arrangement.
