Enhanced COVID-19 Control Measures for All Library Visitors

All visitors to HKBU campuses must comply with the University’s vaccination requirements. For details, please refer to the latest announcements of the University. For avoidance of doubt, these requirements apply to all library card holders (including Graduate Borrower Card and JULAC Card holders).

The Library’s service arrangements, including opening and counter service hours, are subject to change in response to the development of the pandemic in Hong Kong. Please check the latest announcements on the Library website before visiting the Library.

If your current Service Package has expired, please make a new application.

For card replacement enquiries, please call 3411-7444 during counter services hours.

More time may be required to process applications during peak periods. Applicants will be notified via email after their applications are processed – this normally takes 5-10 calendar days. For enquiries, please contact the Library (libcir@hkbu.edu.hk / 3411-7444).
