Please note that if you hold a SCE student card with a barcode beginning with an “X”, you are automatically granted library access and borrowing privileges. You need not make a separate application for Library access.
Those SCE students without automatic library access may make an application to duty counter staff during service hours – please bring along a recent personal photograph as this is required for the Library Card.

Submission of the completed application form and required supporting documents should be made within 3 months of receipt of the application by the Library. After that, any incomplete application will be discarded accordingly while the payment shall be forfeited to the University. To protect the personal data of applicants, the Library shall also dispose of the application record.
