Apply for Library Privileges

Some members of the HKBU community need to complete a separate application. You can find details via the links in this section.

• Graduate Service Package – Graduates with HKBU-awarded degrees and SCE- / SCM-awarded diplomas may apply for Library Service Packages at different levels to suit their needs
  • HKBU-awarded degree holders
  • SCE- or SCM-awarded diploma holders
  • Selected databases for eligible graduates’ off-campus access
• SCE Students – Library Card – For those SCE students not automatically granted Library privileges
  • SCE Students – Library Card application form
• UIC Staff and Students – For eligible staff and students from the Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC)
• Retired Staff – Off-Campus Access to Eligible Databases – For retirees that need to access eligible database from home
  • Retiree Service Package application form
  • Selected databases for retired staff off-campus access
• External/Corporate Borrower Card – For individuals and corporations not affiliated with HKBU
  • External User Borrower Card application form
  • Corporate Borrower Card application form
• External Scholars and Visitors – For individual scholars needing short-term access to the Library for genuine research purposes
