Temporary Change to Main Library Entrance Access (27–30 July 2026)

The Main Library Entrance will be temporarily closed for glass door repairs from 27 July to 30 July 2026. During this period, access through the main entrance will not be available. All library users are requested to use the exit door located in the Lift No. 4 lobby on Level 3 as the temporary entrance and exit.

Finding resources beyond HKBU Library

There are many ways to access the resources of other academic libraries, but for first-timers it can be confusing. HKALL, ILL, JULAC – what do these acronyms mean? By the end of this session, you will know them all and be able to request scholarly resources from around the world like a pro!

Facilitator: Ms. Maggie Wong (User & Information Services, Library)

CCL Status: Participants will receive a half credit for attending this Event

Note: In order to claim CCL credit, you must be online for at least 80% of the session (as recorded in the Zoom attendance report). Additionally, you must respond to a poll question that will be asked via Zoom at a random point during the session.
