Effective 1 April and until further notice, the Library will reduce its opening hours and modify its seating arrangements in response to the latest developments of the COVID-19 outbreak. Please take note of the following:
The Main Library will open as follows:
Mondays-Fridays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturdays: 12:00 noon – 4:00 pm
Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
The Chinese Medicine Library and the Shek Mun Campus Library remain closed.
The Academic Commons on Level 2 is closed, and seating has been reduced at study areas and computer workstations on Levels 3-7. Users should not occupy any place that has been designated with a red “X”.
The Library’s extensive collection of electronic resources is available 24/7 and can be accessed from inside or outside the Library. Librarians have created this quick guide to help you get started. Library staff are also available for real-time assistance with research enquiries via our online services including WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
Please remember that users are required to wear a mask at all times in the Library.
