Library Loan History Retention to Two Years Only from 1 July 2025

Effective 1 July 2025, to enhance personal data protection and align with University policy, the Library will retain only the latest two years of loan history.

If you wish to keep older loan records, please sign in to your “My Library Account”, export your loan history from the “View & Export Previous Loans” option in the Loans section before this date.

After implementation, records older than two years will be automatically removed daily and cannot be recovered.

Steps to export your loan history:

1. Log in to My Library Account and then go to the Loans section.

2. Select “View & Export Previous Loans“.

3. A new window will be open. Click on “Export to MS Excel” to download all of your previous loan records.
