As the User Experience & Assessment (UEA) Librarian, I am responsible for user experience project work intended to improve library services’ effective and efficient delivery; and focused on providing suggestions and solutions by integrating user needs and experiences in both online and in-person services and spaces of the HKBU Library.
I am also the Library Liaison to the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and SCE’s Early Childhood & Elementary Education Division.
