Scholarly journal articles are important resources for your coursework and research. Come to this trouble-shooting session and learn how to get what you need with the library’s databases, research support and beyond.

Topics to be covered:

  • How to tell whether an “article” is from a scholarly journal.
  • How to quickly check whether our library subscribes to a certain journal title.
  • The many ways to get article full-text online.
  • Comparing library resources with Google Scholar, Institutional Repositories and Research Gates.
  • If nothing works…what else can the Library do.
