The Main Library Entrance will be temporarily closed for glass door repairs from 27 July to 30 July 2026. During this period, access through the main entrance will not be available. All library users are requested to use the exit door located in the Lift No. 4 lobby on Level 3 as the temporary entrance and exit.

Bitcoin: The future of money or decentralized Ponzi scheme?

In this session, we will apply information litearcy skills to the debate surrounding Bitcoin. Since its invention in 2009, some have heralded it as one of the greatest innovations in history. Others have derided it as no more than a scam to con people out of their savings. Both sides have their own experts and seemingly authoritative arguments.

Who to believe? Find out how a librarian would approach this problem!
