September 2023

Learning Events Presents: Library Survival Skills

New to HKBU Library? Or do you feel like you need to brush up your research skills? Our Library Survival Skills Series is for you!

These introductory workshops will equip you with important information skills. They are intended for students that have not had a lot of experience with academic research at university. The world of scholarly information can be intimidating, so why not let your librarians introduce you to the basics?

What’s more, you will get a half-credit towards your Co-Curricular Learning (CCL) requirement.

Note: In order to claim CCL credit, you must attend the workshop. Additionally, you must submit the Learning Event Evaluation online form within the same day as the workshop.

⚠️ Due to a limited number of seats per workshop, you are encouraged to register early to secure your places. Seats will be allotted on a first-come-first-served basis.

Let’s start learning together!

Registration of In-person Learning Event opens at 6 p.m. Thursday, August 24.
