Use of Scopus and Web of Science: finding scholarly information with scientometric indicators
Scopus and Web of Science are the largest worldwide-used abstract and citation databases. Both of the databases provide access to a large volume of the latest scholarly information. By using the Scopus and Web of Science, students are able to search scholarly information and consult bibliometric indicators such as citation counts and other indicators provided by the databases for effective literature searches and research evaluations.
