- At the end of the survey, provide your student ID if you want to enter the incentive recipients list.
- The survey is anonymous, data collected will be used to generate statistics and reports for analysis.

Incentive Recipients List
- Only Hong Kong Baptist University students are eligible to participate in the incentive recipients list. HKBU staff are not eligible to enter the incentive recipients list.
- To qualify, participants must complete the online survey on or before 27 March 2026. Each eligible participant may only appear on the incentive recipients list once.
- The 1st to 640th eligible participants will receive coupons. Participants beyond the 640th place will be placed on a waiting list and will only have a chance to receive a coupon if there are any unclaimed coupons.
- The distribution of incentives will take place in mid-April 2026. Any unclaimed coupons will be reassigned, according to the order of survey submission, to other eligible students on the incentive recipients list.
- Recipients will be notified by email directly regarding prize collection details.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- HKBU Library reserves the right to determine whether a person is eligible to enter the incentive recipients list and/or receive a prize.
