Change to on-campus e-resource authentication requirement

With effect from 10 August 2021 the Library will begin progressively introducing a new requirement for eligible users to login when accessing Library-subscribed e-resources on-campus.

There are two reasons for this change:

1. Provide better security control over access to Library subscriptions, thus helping to ensure the Library meets its obligations under agreements signed with e-resource vendors.
2. Enable more accurate anonymized usage statistics* allowing the Library to make better data-driven collection development decisions.
