HKBU Library is excited to announce our subscription to LeapSpace, an advanced AI-powered research platform by Elsevier. As part of our commitment to providing cutting-edge tools, LeapSpace will replace Scopus AI.

Why the Upgrade? (LeapSpace vs. Scopus AI)

While Scopus AI generated insights primarily from abstracts, LeapSpace analyzes full-text documents from ScienceDirect and other major publishers (including Emerald, IOP, NEJM, and Sage), in addition to the complete Scopus abstract database. Furthermore, LeapSpace goes beyond literature searches by adding powerful tools to identify collaborators and discover active funding opportunities.

What Can You Do With LeapSpace?

• Synthesise literature using full-text analysis for comprehensive reports.
• Analyse specific articles in depth.
• Identify potential research collaborators.
• Locate active funding opportunities (over 45,000 indexed).
