Interlibrary Loan Service Migration―Save Request History Before 10 June & Service Suspension from 9-15 June

The Library is migrating the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service to a new system in June 2025 to streamline the resource sharing workflow. The current ILL system will not be accessible soon. Please take note of the important dates below:

⚠️ 9 – 15 June 2025: Interlibrary Loan services suspended.

⚠️ 10 June 2025: Last day to save your past Interlibrary Loan records, as instructed below:

1. Login to the current Interlibrary Loan System: ILLiad Interlibrary Loan System
2. Under Review Requests, click on the “View Request History” button.
   
3. On the page, right click and select “Print”.
   
4. The printing options will be shown. In Destination or Printer, select “Save as PDF”, then click “Save”.
   
5. Done! Your Interlibrary Loan requests record will be downloaded as a PDF file to your designated folder.

The new system will be launched on 16 June 2025 at 9:30 a.m. and details of the new requesting workflow will be released then.
