Library service hours extended starting 29 January 2020

In response to feedback received from the University community, the Library will extend its opening hours. The following service hours will take effect from 29 January (Wednesday):
Main Library*
| Weekdays | 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. |
| Saturdays | 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. |
| Sundays | 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. |
* The Library Academic Commons (Levels 2 and 3 of the Main Library) will follow the opening hours of the Main Library. It will not open 24 hours a day.
Chinese Medicine Library
| Weekdays | 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. |
| Saturdays | 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. |
| Sundays | Closed |
Shek Mun Campus Library**
| Weekdays | 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. |
| Saturdays | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. |
| Sundays | Closed |
** SMCL will open from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on 29 and 30 January due to the early closure of Shek Mun Campus on those days.
There will be special service hours during examination periods, summer time, and on and around certain public holidays. Library hours are determined according to the demand for library use and staff availability. Please feel free to ask a librarian should you have any questions.
