Library Service Hours
The Library will have the following service hours with effect from 1 September 2019:
Main Library 總圖書館 | |
| Monday – Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. |
| Saturdays | 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. |
| Sundays | 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. |
| Public Holidays | Closed |
Note: Levels 2 and 3 of the Main Library (the Library Academic Commons) will remain open 24 hours a day.
Chinese Medicine Library 中醫藥圖書館 | |
| Monday – Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. |
| Saturdays | 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. |
| Sundays & Public Holidays | Closed |
Special Collections and Archives 特藏及文獻組 | |
| Monday – Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. |
| Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays | Closed |
European Documentation Centre 歐洲文獻中心 (AAB 1103) | |
| Monday – Friday | 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. |
| Saturdays | By Appointment |

There will be special service hours during examination periods, summer time, and on certain public holidays. Library hours are determined according to the demand for library use and staff availability. Details of service hours are displayed at the entrance of the Library and on the Library homepage.
