Maintenance work on Level 7 (20 July – 4 September)

From 20 July to 4 September, essential maintenance work will take place on Level 7 of the Main Library. During this period, access to collections and facilities will be affected as follows:

General Collection:

544.5 – 546.1

749.4 – 782.8
西洋史地: 歐洲史地

Books in these call number ranges will be temporarily relocated* to the shelving system housing the Chinese LargeSet (中文叢書).
Please refer to the directional signage onsite for location details.

* During book relocation before and after the completion of the maintenance work, access to the collection will be temporarily suspended.

Facilities

All computer workstations and washrooms on Level 7 will be suspended. Please use the facilities on other floors of the Library.
Study spaces in the affected areas on Level 7 will be inaccessible.

Noise may also be generated during the maintenance work. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
