SCMP.com
The South China Morning Post has announced that it will reinstate a paywall for its website SCMP.com in August 2020. Users will only be able to access a few articles for free each month before being required to subscribe.
Eligible HKBU Library patrons will continue to enjoy full access through the Library’s subscription. When off-campus, use the link accessible via OneSearch and the Library website. You will be prompted to login with your HKBU SSOid to access the SCMP.com website.
As a reminder, the Library also provides access to the South China Morning Post via the following channels:
- SCMP ePaper edition: Electronic reproductions of the print edition (Aug 2018 – Current)
- ProQuest Historical Newspapers: Electronic reproductions of older papers (1903 – 2000)
- International Newsstream: Text-only access (1993 – Current)
