SCMP ePaper
The South China Morning Post is Hong Kong’s only remaining English-language broadsheet newspaper. It was founded in 1903 by Tse Tsan-tai, an Australian-born Chinese revolutionary, and Alfred Cunningham, a British journalist. Since 2016, it has been owned by the Chinese conglomerate Alibaba.
The Library has subscribed to the ePaper edition of the SCMP, which is an exact electronic reproduction of the print edition. In addition to viewing the newspaper online, you can download certain pages or entire issues in PDF format for offline viewing.
The archive of the ePaper edition goes back to August 2018. As a reminder, the Library already provides access to reproductions of older editions (1903-2000) through ProQuest Historical Newspapers. Text-only access (1993-present) is available via International Newsstream.
