African Newspapers: The British Library Collection
A unique database featuring 64 newspapers from across the African continent, all published before 1900. The original source materials were archived by the British Library. These have been digitized and are now fully searchable online, providing a wealth of research opportunities for scholars and students interested in all topics relating to Africa in the 19th century.
