#To speed up the application process, applicants are encouraged to use the online payment method (credit card/ WeChat Pay). Alternatively, applicants can make the payment over the counter during the Main Library’s counter service hours.
3. After the application is accepted and processed, you will receive an email notification accordingly.
4. The new expiry date will be calculated from the application date, not from the previous expiry date.
