Temporary Closure of Shek Mun Campus Library
Effective 22 December 2025 to 18 January 2026, SMCL will be closed due to a major reroofing project on 5/F of the CIE Building.
This temporary closure is necessary to ensure the safety of our users and staff and to mitigate the significant noise disruption from the construction work.
During this period, limited counter services will be available at SMCL counter for holds pickup and returns only.
Monday – Friday: 12:30 – 1:30pm, and 5:00 – 6:00 pm
Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday: Closed
While access to collections, computers and study areas will be unavailable, our e-resources will remain accessible 24/7 through our website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
