These two rooms provide flexible furniture, and can either be used separately or combined into one larger space.
In general, the Multipurpose Rooms are reserved for Library events, and for functions jointly organized by the Library and other University Departments/Offices. One-off requests to hold non-Library events in the Multipurpose Rooms made by Departments/Offices, faculty, and student organizations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Applications should be made directly to the Information Services Section by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please include as much detail about the proposed event as possible, and submit the application no later than two weeks before the planned date of the event.
