As Head of Resource Discovery and Management (RDM), I am responsible for overseeing collection management activities including collection development, acquisition, cataloguing, physical processing of all library resources. Our Cluster also manages library gifts and exchanges. The RDM Cluster collaborates with all subject liaisons to develop and rightsize our collections, so as to provide efficient and quality discovery of and access to the resources of the Library and beyond.
