The Virtual Information Desk, launched on 11 February, allows patrons to connect directly to the librarian on duty with their enquiries for a real-time response. This provides the University community with research assistance even during the COVID-19 outbreak.
After a review of usage statistics, we will modify the service hours of the Virtual Information Desk from weekdays 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. to weekdays 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. to better cater users’ need. Service is not provided on public holidays. The change will take effect on Monday, 30 March 2020.
