For the remaining period of reduced Library service, a Virtual Information Desk will be provided. This allows patrons to connect directly to the librarian on duty with their enquiry for a real-time response.

As our software allows for screen sharing and other advanced functions, more effective assistance can be provided compared to our WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger services.

The Virtual Information Desk will be available beginning 11 February (Tuesday) and will continue until the Library resumes its normal operations.
