Located in the CollabTech Commons on Level 4 of the Main Library, the 9 Tech Stations are designed to facilitate data analysis, data presentation, prototyping, and design.

- MetaQuest 3 are installed at Stations 2-3.
- Ultra Sharp Curved ThunderboltTM Hub Monitors are installed at Stations 6-7.

Booking
The Stations can be reserved:
- By eligible Library users
- For using specific software
- Only for educational and non-commercial purposes
- For no more than 3 hours per session
- A maximum of 2 bookings per day per user
General Notes:
- Bookings must be made online here.
- There is no need to inform staff upon arrival, but staff may check your identity at any time to ensure the stations are used only by booked users.
- We reserve the right to reassign the Station to walk-in users if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
- Walk-in users are welcome to check Station availability at the counter.
- When walk-in users are waiting, current users must vacate the Stations at the end of their booked period.
User Conduct
- Take good care of all equipment.
- No eating or drinking.
- Keep the Stations neat and tidy.
- Valuables should not be left unattended in any Station. Under no circumstances shall the Library be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
- Unattended items left after your reservation period may be removed by Library staff without prior notice.
- Use all equipment responsibly and only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Developing or viewing discriminatory, offensive, harmful, or illegal content
- Producing items that infringe intellectual property rights
- Creating weapons or objects that pose safety risks
- Generating content unsuitable for a shared environment
- Observe the Library’s Conduct of Users policy.
The Library reserves the right to refuse or terminate any session and to require you to leave the Library immediately.
