Network services on Shek Mun Campus will be temporarily suspended during the following period to allow for a regular inspection and testing of the electrical system:
18 December 2020 (Friday) 8:00 pm – 19 December 2020 (Saturday) 12:00 noon
During this time, SMCL will open as usual to offer study space. The following services will be suspended:
- Add-value services for Octopus and Printing quota
- Library fines settlement
- Phone Service
- Printing Services
- Provision of Wi-Fi and cabled network
- Public and staff PC workstations (no PC SSOid sign-on)
- Scanning workstations
- SMCL Room Booking System
Library gate entrance and circulation service will be switched to manual mode. All loan records will be updated when network service resumes.
