Eligible users may apply online for a JULAC card that allows access to other UGC libraries.
Reminder – Check access arrangements before visiting other libraries
Note that other UGC libraries may impose arrangements on JULAC Card holders such as a vaccination requirement, blackout periods (where access is denied to JULAC Card holders during examinations or other busy periods), and so on. Card holders are advised to check the latest access policies directly with the library concerned in advance of visiting.
Service Guidelines
- JULAC Borrower Card – For faculty and postgraduate students, allows you to borrow items from other UGC libraries
- JULAC Reader Card – For UGC-funded undergraduate students, allows entry to other UGC libraries only
